Yes, all work is guaranteed. The guarantee length is dependent on the type of work being undertaken (repairs or new roof) and ranges from 1 to 20 years. We will provide this information at the time of your estimate.
Once we have carried out a full survey of your property we will send you a detailed quote within 24 hours and usually sooner in the case of emergencies.
No. We have our own team of professionally trained and qualified roofers so we do not outsource or sub-contract any roofing work. We only sub contract specialist professional services as required such as electricians, plumbers, builders, etc.
Yes. Simpson Dennis Roofing Services has been approved by many leading insurance companies and regularly carries our work as a result of insurance claims. We are happy to provide an estimate or quote on behalf of your insurance company.
It is extremely dangerous to be on high roofs in bad weather and particularly in wet and windy conditions. For the safety of our roofers and to carry out your roofing work to the best possible standard we would postpone the work and arrange to do it on a more suitable day.
To carry out your initial survey we may need access to the inside of your property, particularly to examine leaks. Any external works where access is not required would not need you to be present for the survey or the work itself.
We accept Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Alternatively, your home insurance provider may settle the cost directly if agreed in advance. Simpson Dennis Roofing Services will never seek payment until all agreed work is complete.
We are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday-Saturday for office enquiries and general works. We are open 7 days a week for emergency works.
We primarily operate in Mirfield, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Heckmondwike, Liversedge, Robertown, Cleckheaton, Ossett, Horbury, Batley, Birkenshaw and Birstall. However, we have also carried out work in Leeds, Bradford and Halifax in the past and would be happy to give you a free estimate if you live in any of these areas.
