- Completed in 2024
- We removed existing roof coverings from front elevation including ridges on apex
- RE-felted & battened using grade one breathable roofing membrane and tanalised battens, carrying out timberworks to make way for new roof windows
- Supplied and installed 3 new Velux windows
- Re-slated front elevation using new Brazilian blue slate
- Supplied and installed capped angle dry ridge system to apex
- This work carries a 20 year guarantee
